We are currently interviewing candidates for a tremendous contract to hire opportunity in the Irving/Las Colinas area.
The role is Implementation Coordinator in a large, fast paced organization. Great opportunity to grow within the organization into numerous areas. They are a leader in their industry.
The primary function of the role will be to-
You will
  • Assist the Implementation teams as necessary with tracking contract approvals, updating implementation cases, and building group lists as needed
  • Coordinate and monitor a standard process flow for all forms and legal documents for new customer enrollment and maintain all necessary membership systems for Suppliers/Distributors as designated.
  • Advise local office staff, management executives, and Field teams about status of in-process documentation (for company on-boarding)
  • Operates as the primary contact for field operations, local office, and suppliers for problem resolution to the enrollment process.
  • Analyzes rosters from members, distributors, suppliers to determine if accounts need to be credentialed in membership and/or if any demographic or program changes need to be made.
  • Prepopulate client on-boarding forms, distributor forms and other items as needed to expedite the membership and distributor connection processes.
  • 0-3 years experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Exp with Forms/Templates
  • The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Tremendous Time management skills.
