We're hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator for an established company in Coppell, Texas.

This is a $22-per-hour, contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who knows warehouse operations, is confident operating forklifts and reach trucks, and takes pride in doing the job right.

We're looking for more than someone who can operate a forklift. We need a dependable, versatile warehouse professional who understands the entire process, from receiving and inventory to picking, packing, and shipping.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to move, load, unload, and organize materials.

  • Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

  • Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, and verify quantities and accuracy.

  • Process outgoing shipments, including UPS and LTL freight.

  • Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading (BOLs).

  • Use RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and basic computer applications to track inventory and process orders.

  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization.

  • Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

  • Pitch in wherever needed to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of hands-on forklift and reach truck operating experience.

  • Previous warehouse experience involving picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

  • Familiarity with UPS/LTL shipping procedures and bills of lading.

  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.

  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • A dependable work history and consistent attendance.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

  • Flexibility to handle different responsibilities as warehouse needs change.

  • Work boots required.
