What You’ll Be Doing
- Build New Business: Prospect smart. Open doors. Connect with decision-makers who need your help.
- Deepen Client Relationships: No buzzwords—just real conversations, built on trust. We solve hiring problems, not sell products.
- Drive Growth: You’ll have the tools and freedom to grow your own book of business—without red tape or micromanagement.
- Negotiate Smart Deals: You’ll own your accounts, from pitch to placement, and everything in between.

- After 90 days, base to move to $50K/year + uncapped commission and bonuses.
