Pay: $18/hour
We’re looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role includes handling deliveries, preparing new hire kits, managing office supplies, and assisting with internal events and vendor coordination.
Key Duties:
Receive and ship packages/mail
Assemble and distribute onboarding kits
Order office supplies and submit facility requests
Support employee events and office logistics
Communicate with couriers, vendors, and staff
Provide general admin support as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Prior admin or office support experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Strong communication, organization, and time management
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and move packages with a cart.
