The Robinson Diamond Resource Group has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Strategy Manager. Our client is looking to bring someone on right away. This is an open ended contract with the potential for direct hire.

The Marketing Strategy Manager will have responsibility for being part of a fast-moving team responsible for developing marketing strategy and plans for all areas of the business. You must be creative, results-oriented, energetic, fast-paced, and accountable. You must have a record of working against tight deadlines, as well as proven ability to develop action-oriented marketing communications and corporate branding. This is currently a contract position with potential for future full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

Set specific marketing goals
Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and products
Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
Gain consensus with cross-functional support teams on messaging of all external communications
Plan and create content for promotion to include; white papers, application notes, articles, web, email, direct mail, events/trade shows, webinars and seminars
Coordinate and manage relationships with advertising agencies, public relations, industry media, industry analyst firms and/or individuals to promote Anritsu product solutions
Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
Report and analyze sales and marketing metrics
Forecast market trends
Research markets to identify new opportunities

Requirements:

College graduate with marketing degree and 8+ years relevant hands-on experience as a Marketing Strategist or Marketing Manager.
Excellent editing and content creation skills
Ability to manage time, work independently and multi-task is important
Experience in creating and driving a marketing plan containing a variety of outbound initiatives with measurements
Experience managing agency relationships
Demonstrated leadership and team building and coaching skills
Demonstrated performance in tracking ROI to adjust marketing campaign/promotion strategy to reach and exceed sales and marketing objectives
In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems. Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Journey Builder, Ad Studio, etc. highly desirable
Strong experience with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Understanding of web design
