Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of customer-facing, or equivalent, experience
5+ years of professional experience negotiating commercial or legal terms and conditions in a contract and administering commercial contracts
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with complex contracts
Experience developing negotiating strategies, obtaining management approval and closing negotiations
Ability to identify and mitigate risk
Intermediate skills in Adobe Acrobat
Experience presenting complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, in large and small groups
Experience working within a fast-paced team environment which required strong communication skills to frequently interact with Program Leadership, internal and external customer representatives and development teams
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (or equivalent tools), with the ability to perform calculations and analyze data within excel
